What is Follicular Tonsillitis?

Follicular tonsillitis is an infectious disease characterized by inflammation of the tonsils caused by a bacterial infection. One of the main causes of this disease is the beta-hemolytic streptococcus group A.

The treatment of follicular tonsillitis includes taking antibiotics, antipyretics, and anti-inflammatory drugs to relieve symptoms.
