Internally, it is taken as a means of stimulating the central nervous system, for increased fatigue, during increased mental stress, in depressive states in alcoholism patients, to increase endurance on long hikes, for hypotension, insomnia, impotence, and sexual weakness.
Method of application and dosage: Prepare a tincture on 40% alcohol in a ratio of 1:5, infuse in a dark place for 3-4 weeks, strain, and take 15 drops 3 times a day 15-20 minutes before meals. The infusion is prepared by pouring 10 g of raw material with 200 ml of boiling water, infusing for 4 hours, straining, bringing to the original volume with boiling water, and taking 1/2 cup 2-3 times a day.
Contraindications: individual intolerance, with sharply expressed excitability, hypertensive crisis, febrile conditions. Overdose is not allowed. It is not recommended to take it at night or late in the evening.
Internally, it is taken for weakened potency, infertility (both male and female), sexual coldness, ovarian and testicular cysts, impotence, mastopathy, polycystic ovary syndrome, and fatigue. It improves mental and physical performance, recommended for oncological diseases, enhances blood composition, increases resistance to infectious diseases, and promotes rapid bone fusion in fractures.
Method of application and dosage: 1 tablespoon of crushed root is poured with 250 ml of boiling water. Heated in a water bath with a closed lid for 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Strain, squeezing the remaining material, bring the obtained infusion to the original volume with boiled water, and take orally 1/3-1/2 cup 3-4 times a day 10-15 minutes before meals. Externally, use the powder from plantain leaves to sprinkle wounds; the decoction is used for rinsing wounds, ulcers, for gargling with compresses in case of eye inflammation and dermatitis.
Contraindications: Individual intolerance, gastritis, peptic ulcer with increased acidity, predisposition to thrombosis.
Internally: Taken as a remedy for cough in diseases of the upper respiratory tract, as an expectorant and disinfectant in chronic bronchitis, chronic tonsillitis, and acute respiratory diseases. Also possess diuretic and cholagogue properties.
Method of application and doses: 1 tablespoon of kidney pours 200 ml of boiling water, boils in a water bath for 30 minutes, infuses at room temperature for 10 minutes, strains, the resulting infusion is brought to the original volume with boiled water and taken in 1/2-1/3 glass 2-3 times a day after meals.

For baths: pour 50 g of mint leaves with 10 liters of boiling water, boil for 15 minutes over low heat, and infuse until cooled.
