Treatment and prevention of infections caused by Herpes simplex viruses types 1 and 2 and Varicella zoster:
a simple herpes skin and mucous membranes (primary and recurrent);
genital herpes (primary and recurrent);
herpes zoster (shingles);
chickenpox (in the first 24 hours after the appearance of a typical rash);
in patients with severe immune deficiency (including after transplantation, when receiving immunosuppressive drugs in HIV-infected patients on chemotherapy).
Captopril tablets are used for the following indications:
Arterial hypertension
heart failure (the drug is prescribed for the treatment of chronic heart failure with a decrease in the systolic function of the ventricles, as well as in combination with diuretics and, if necessary, with digitalis and beta-blockers);
Myocardial infarction:
for short-term (four weeks) treatment, it is possible to prescribe captopril for 24 hours after myocardial infarction in patients in a stable state;
for long-term prevention of symptomatic heart failure, the drug is indicated for patients in clinically stable condition with asymptomatic left ventricular dysfunction (ejection fraction ≤ 40%);
diabetic nephropathy in patients with type I diabetes mellitus, which is manifested by macroproteinuria.
Treatment and prevention of influenza A and B and other acute respiratory viral infections
(Adenoviral infection, parainfluenza, respiratory syncytial infection,
rhinovirus infection) in adults and children from 3 years.
In the combined therapy in adults: – influenza and acute respiratory infections; – herpes infection.
In the combined therapy in children aged 4 years and older: – influenza and acute respiratory infections; -. Herpetic infection Prevention of influenza and acute respiratory infections in children aged 4 years and older.
